This is total BS, why in the hel is Davone Bess still returning kicks, if our most dangerous returner is Ginn? that is pissing me off.

That secondary needs a total makeover. we need some more physical corners, big recievers will continue to give us trouble. can't wait for the offseason.

yep physical big reciever make us look foolish and i get devone bess picks the damn ball up unlike ginn sometimes but you know what you get with bess and thats the ball but no spark or td with ginn at least there is a chance of it being a game breaker just like there guy i believe jones did to us

Andre Johnson: 10 catches 178 yards 1 TD

He comes up big every time we play the sorry Texans. Our 5'9" and 5'10" corners can't handle him ever. That's why we're 0-4 vs that less-than-brilliant team.

I guess Parcells adds that to his grocery list this off season. (I'm pretty sure he'd already made the list after Arizona anyway)

I agree on both points.

What the hell was all the blown coverage on that last drive?
I can understand that Andre Johnson made a great play on the 4th down grab, but how was Kevin Walter all by himself 20 yards down the field on the ensuing play?
What a joke.
On the Ted Ginn issue, this jerk has to be able to make himself useful in SOME capacity, so yeah he needs to return kicks. Obviously he has no value as a wideout, unless of course Chad Henne starts playing, which is not happening.

Well the joke here is many thought Ginn's success in college as a returner would translate into success in NFL. I have never liked the Ginn pick from day one. But was have been giving the kid a chance .

But as each game goes by I get down on him more and more. He just isn't a game changing guy or a gamer that Camarillo is. And at least Bess goes to get a ball thats been punted which is probably why he is still starting over Ginn on special teams. So until ol Teddy can show that he can get his head into the game. You probably won't see much of him. Which is fine with me because I feel the same way. If you don't produce you sit and keep the bench warm for those who can or do.

Don't worry about Ginn.

The 2008 season will be nothing but an indictment for all of the players who aren't capable of maintaining a job here in the future. Guys like Ginn, Jason Allen and the like who are too soft to be here, won't be next time! They're basically signing their own release with every bad performance.

Think Parcells and Ireland don't know how bad they are? With each passing (lack of) performance, they're that much closer to another club/arena football/whatever.

So cheer up, our front office knows what it takes to play the sport and they'll make the right moves in the off season, I do think.

#13 Rulz is right.

2008 is our rebuilding year, which many of you have forgotten. The Rams just beat the Redskins, so does that make them the better team, NO! Teams make mistakes and not every position can be fixed in the draft. Some of these players are going to be gone, which will be Allen, Ginn, ect. We were only supposed to win 2 or 3 games this season, but look at our schedule. We should easily go 8-8 this year. These players are just bandages from last year.

its not abad performance on ginn's part when ur thrown too one time give me a brek

I think Teddy has to take some blame for not being able to get open as a wide receiver . Or even running back to help his Qb out when he is in trouble. He has to be able to create separation. And apparently he isn't doing it enough or is running wrong patterns etc. We all could go on and on .

If Teddy could get open and get the ball and get some yardage I think it would help all around.

The thing is, I don't want to go 8-8 and miss the playoffs. I don't a repeat of 2005 and then our crash and burn in 2006

I don't either but we had a crappy FO then. You must be patient and enjoy what we have now. You can't go from a 1-15 team to a playoff team with just 1 draft and FA. We are doing great so far, keep it up Miami. We have a home game next, so look ahead and keep your chin up.

Why Ginn isn't returning kicks is beyond me, but if he isn't going to do it then put Cobbs back there. Bess is useless in this role. I don't get it.
