Over/Under on the amount of times Madden says "Brett Favre" tonight

7...8....9...Oh crap he just said it while I was typing this, so it's nw 10. I'm going to stop counting because it's going to be a long night.

i think it ended around 178 times, especially since Favre had an amazing...well, partially amazing comeback that failed.
 
Well, considering Green Bay was playing and Brett Favre is the QB of Green Bay, I would assume Madden does says his name a few times. Sheesh.
 
my favorite madden saying is the one in madden "90% of the game is half mental"
 
Madden did say it in 2005! Madden talks about every game like as if hes announcing it to 10 year olds but I still like Madden.
 
My favorite John Madden quote on Brett Favre was last year when Favre threw a deep interception and Madden said it was a good play because it was basically a punt...and it was on 2nd down. I think that was the game after the game after Favre's father's death, and Favre could do no wrong in Madden's eyes. Oh well, if there's anybody in today's game deserving of it, it's Brett. It's tough to see him like this...he looks absolutely miserable.
 
Madden is in love with Favre and Brady....he must have each of them 10 times on the Madden Cruiser by now.

i wonder why? oh yeah, because they play great on primetime games
 
I can't stand Madden. He rarely has a clue & is completely NFC bias because of his days on Fox.
