Does anyone know if there are any live odds or over/unders set for the upcoming Dolphins season, such as how many touchdowns a player will score or how many sacks will someone have? I actually don't want to bet, I just want to write about it for my blog but haven't found anything other than Super Bowl and AFC Championship odds.

That type of thing is very rare. Too much uncertainty. For one thing, at this point a sportsbook would get nothing but under money on individual props, because there's no guarantee the player will be healthy to start the season.

It's a runaway myth that, "You can bet on anything in Las Vegas, honey!" The books are scared since they take up a decent chunk of casino space and have to justify it via profit. Consequently it has become more and more of a conservative industry, meat and potatoes offerings. The offshore books have more leeway but many/most of the guys who run them started in Nevada and were hired away, so they retain the Las Vegas mindset.

Individual props are normally reserved for the week of the game, and prevalent for the high profile games like Sunday and Monday night. You'll find as many Dolphin-specific individual props here on V Bookie than offered at sportsbooks.
