remember when we beat the broncos last year at the opener they thought there whole season went in the toilet, well we all saw what they did one step away from being in the SB. stop crying like ******* and get it together we are gonna have the best season we have had in years

I hear enough of snivling Broncos fans here in Colorado. :boohoo:

A few years ago the Patriots got bitchslapped by the Bills 31-0 on opening week. Most of their fans probably wanted to get rid of half the team.

Somehow they recovered and went on to win the Super Bowl.

gr8 post dawg!!!!!!!!!!

yo, my gosh thats a great point man!!!!! you are absolutly 100% correct. if anything you have made people like myself ( who actually thought we hung with the superbowl champs quite good despite some costly costly errors in coaching, and on the field) who might be questioning how good we really are, and can be.

I love this post. I was sick of reading some of these posts. We lose one game and Culpepper is terrible, we won't run, and Ronnie Brown sucks. Give me a break. If Buffalo gets us then lets debate what the heck is wrong with this team, but when the defending superbowl champs get us at home, with the emotion of the ring ceremony, and they get us in the fourth quarter on a blown coverage, lets just relax. The steelers have an amazing defense and when Culpepper threw those picks, the Steelers knew we were going to throw the ball. We will be fine.

Alright my fellow Dolphin fans. This was the first game of the season. Things will be improved, and corrections will be made. Travis Daniels wasn't playing, to help out. Looking on the bright side we had the lead at the end of the third quarter. I like the emotion Nick showed chewing Lehan on the side line. Keep the faith!

We had the lead with 7 Minutes left to go and had the ball near mid field. Things just somehow melted down. I don't see that happening very often this year. Again, like was said, defending super bowl champs on their home turf to begin the season, that's a tall order, and other than some very fixable issues here and there, I feel we stood toe to toe with them for the most part. :D

I will never forget the look on his face when he completely lost it against Lehan. He was absolutely livid, veins popping out of his neck and everything.

Those posts in the Denver forum are so similiar to last nights post it's scary. I love the one where a guy says that Kubiak has got to go b/c their offense was TERRIBLE!!

Of course now Kubiak is the head coach of his own team. Paging Mike Mularkey doubters.

i agree with everything that has been said, first games are really overrated because half of the league starts out 1-0 and the other half 0-1, i mean really what does one game say about half the teams in the nfl...its the first game and there are still 15 games left to be played i mean come on what would be the point of the season if this game were to determine it all, we're gunna be good i mean real good once things start geling and come together and unfortunately the first game didnt turn out like we planed but you just have to get over it and get ready for the next game and the rest of the year and just by the scheadule the future looks very bright

Travis Daniels is not the savior some of you make him out to be. He lacks top end speed for a CB. He is not an impact player.
The one who needs to show something is Jason Allen. This guy has a lot of physical ability. If he isn't mentally capable of learning the defense then he will be a bust. However, if he learns the system he has the ability to dominate.

well get revenge on the Steelers in da playoffs! (when it rly counts :))
