I didn't read the article, but I never thought the pittance they traded for Darnold meant they weren't going to draft a QB if they loved whoever gets past pick #4.

Hard to trust Darnold after what he's put on tape for three years.

If I were Carolina I'd look to draft one of the second tier guys like Trask, Mills etc. Maybe in round two.
