This is just a thought for free agency

LT - Flozell Adams
LG - Larry Allen
RG - J. Smiley

This would be great, we have not resigned hadnot, we have a void at RT, Both G, these three additions would make the OL look like this

LT - Adams
LG - Allen
C -Satele
RG -Smiley
RT - Carey

OR

We sign a RT in liue of Allen because Carey's natrual position is G...

Any thoughts?
 
Larry Allen is way old and is thinking about retiring. We don't need any old guys on this team.
 
We're suppose to getting younger and more talented not the opposite aren't we. Smiley or Bell would be nice but let's get a LT or RT in the draft please.
 
No to Allen. I agree with the thought some people had on here a few weeks ago. Get great Tackles and a great Center. They will protect some average guards (and in some cases make them better).
 
Yes, we are supposed to be getting younger, but I do beleive Parcell's wants to be relatively competitive, and with HIS GUYS he can be because it will be his system.
I would rather draft 3 OL in the draft but this team has WAY too many needs, with vets that know the system, the younger guys can learn the ropes, and I also beleive they will come in at a discount
