Jan. 5--Keyshawn Johnson says he's happily retired from the NFL.
He's challenged every day by his new career as an ESPN analyst. But the 11-year veteran receiver, who has more than 10,000 yards, admits if Bill Parcells places a call about coming back, he'll listen.

"I've got a job and it's exciting to me, but if Bill Parcells calls, I'm always going to listen," said Johnson, who played five seasons under Parcells with the Jets and Cowboys. "But that doesn't mean I'm going back to playing football. It's out of respect."
So, after all these years, and all the abuse -- and Johnson does acknowledge there's some abuse -- why does he keep the Dolphins' new vice president of football operations in such high regard?

"With him, I know what I'm getting," said Johnson, who works out every day and boasts that he can still "burn" some of the Dolphins' defensive backs. "I also know what he's building."

According to Johnson, that's a big, fast, physical and disciplined football team, which will be filled with competitors.
