I've heard that they haven't decided what to do with Zach. Any news? Retirement?
I haven't heard. IMO they should try to rewrite his contract with a pay cut, but give him incentives based on playing time. I think you absolutely have to keep him (unless he opts to retire) because you can't ask for a better mentor. It is however time to find somebody capable of filling his shoes once he's gone.my guess is #1... how is his head, and the huge settling that whole situation of him playing, possible consequences, his future his life with the concussions and all.... #2... if he'll take a big pay-cut, i doubt parcells will be wanting to pay Zach all that cash with some questionmarks on his palying time, ability, and health and all.
but thats just my guess
my thoughts exactly!!!I think Zach Would take a Pay cut i would love for him to stay a dolphins for ever and if he Decides to Retire he should be our LB coach
Haven't heard anything yet, but we should prepare for the worst, which is retirement. Well, the worst move for us, but probably the best for him.
