with all the parity in this yrs NFL , we are truely blessed to be where we are in this League, And will continue to get better as the season goes on, look at Dallas, Carolina, Seattle, Cleveland etc these are teams that are suppose to be average and are sticking the best rite now..Hurray for NFL...

Parity is one thing, but not being able to keep a team together for a championship run is another. Between the salary cap and agents like Rosenhaus there is just not enough money to go around.

Not really. My point is that, yes Dallas, et al, may be overachieving or close to peaking. However, the likelihood of keeping a young, talented team together is low. One year of stellar play does not suffice. These teams may not stick around toward the end of the year when it really counts. Parity in the league may allow teams to win a few games during the regular season, but only the dominant teams win out in the end.

My point is that most teams are doomed to be only average.
