This coaching staff is ruining the development of Parker exactly the same way they did Dion Jordan. Never mind the fact that Jordan turned out to be a bit of a headcase, the guy rarely saw the field. Our under-utilization of young talent is inexcusable. Seeing Jennings - who is a shell of his former self - out there while Parker spends the majority of game day being a spectator is inexcusable. So far, Jennings has shown us that he is slow, has trouble getting open, and drops passes. We have a potentially dynamic receiver, more times than not, watching the game. This is exactly the same thing we witnessed with Jordan. I mean, WTH? EVERY other team's rookie WRs are out on the field, making plays for their team. Parker is overall the most talented WR on our team. I mean no disrespect to JL at all. He is dynamic. But Parker has the potential to be the total package. So what does the coaching staff do? They play a washed up Jennings instead. Hell, for that matter, Parker should play over Stills. This is just another example of the ineptitude of our coaching staff.

I do understand that our QB is constantly pressured and that it does have bearing on overall numbers. But I want our stud receiver out there helping us out and developing. Not on the sideline growing moss.

I agree with you SCall13. Ireland had issues with Phailbin not playing the talent drafted (Dion Jordan) for example. Who knows, maybe if the coaching staff would have invested more time with Dion Jordan, maybe he wouldn't have had felt like he had to do drugs. The Army taught me that idle minds leads to people doing wacked crap. Phailbin is doing the same thing with Parker.

Douglas, Vigil, James, Landry, Williams and Tannehill have all seen a great deal of playing tome as rookies.

He never intended on Tannehill playing his rookie season, it was supposed to be Garrard. James had to play. Landry did not start last year and "pushed" his way onto the field.

I would also like to see a more concerted effort to get parker involved, but I see zero correlation between his situation and dion jordan.

Joe doesn't like playing good players.

Dude. .the guy is coming off a foot issue. He doesn't have many reps in practice. SETTLE DOWN

The fact that the coaching staff refuses to put talented players in the game is a correlation.

Parker needs to see the field on a regular basis

With ALL of the problems that this team has...

mentioning Parker is kind of ridiculous.

They have problems with EVERY facet of the team EXCEPT at WR.

Parker is a luxury, Tannehill is having lots of problems right now. Forget about the O-line issues.

He has above average WR and above average TEs. Whether or not Parker starts or gets more reps has absolutely NOTHING to do with their 3 losses

and complete inability to just COMPETE on 3rd down on either side of the ball.
