Don't resign Ronnie.

rd 1) Gerhart (Stanford) or Spiller (Clemson) Running Back
rd 2) Either Kansas WR Meier or Briscoe
rd 3) Cutrera ILB LSU
rd 4) Tommy Trott TE Auburn

To be honest, I don't care much for it at all. 4th rd TE I'd rather look at Dennis Pitta of BYU.

Don't sign a proven back that works great with our offense and use a first round pick on a unknown.

Or sign Brown and use our first round pick on McClain, we're a better team this way!!!!

Parcells has NEVER drafted a RB in the first round. RB is not a key position, it can be filled in later rounds. If they don't go LaFell, look at NT or ILB in the first.

we're not taking a RB in the 1st...it'll either be ILB or WR,and i'm hoping&praying we get our hands on McClain, and get ourselves a young stud ILB in FA,and put Crowder on the bench...

I doubt Miami goes running back in round one, but I absolutely love Spiller. He is an electrifying talent with something like eight plays of more than 50 yards this year, especially impressive in the tough SEC. While he's primarily a perimeter player, I think he's better running up the middle than given credit for, has terrific hands and can return kicks. An all-around talent for sure.

i would hurt someone if that was our first 4 rounds next year. no offense.

I really think this idea of picking a WR is more media and fan driven then what the FO really wants to do. I'll be shocked if we do not do 1 of three things in the 1st round.....

1. OLB
2. ILB
3. Trade back and accummulate more picks

BP has a history of picking LBers and trading back, we happen to need LBers and there's good ones in the draft.

I really think they might only bring in a FA wr because they drafted two WR's last year and will be willing to let them develope into the players they think they'll be.

We need to draft defense.. OLB's as Porter and Taylor are old. ILB's as Ayodele and Crowder are average at best. A safety and a NT.

I wouldn't mind if the entire draft was dedicated to the defense. On a 3-4 defense, it is imperative to have a good NT and LB's who are good if you hope for that 3-4 D to be good. It's a must.

unless a great offensive player falls unexpectedly, that's the route this team should take. Use free agency and/or trades to patch up holes in the offense.

Tommy Trott will be a undrafted free agent.

If we sign anyone, it needs to be someone like Karlos Dansby or Kirk Morrison.

i think we'd pick C.J. Spiller before we would take a WR in round 1.

I agree with this . . . we aren't going WR, unless we pick late 20's/early 30's . . . and it would have to be the best player on the board . . . a sure thing.

Spiller would be nice, but we have needs

NT, ILB, OLB, TE and WR.

McClain seems to be a perfect fit, I would love him in round 1.

Here would be a dream draft (I mean way to early to project but here u go)

1. Rolando McClain - ILB - Bama or Brandon Spikes - ILB - UF
2. Jermaine Gresham - TE - OU (falls due to injury)
3. Boo Robinson - NT - Wake

I think I would be content with something like that in the first 3 rounds
Get a veteran WR and get 1 last year out of JT and JP. Resign Ronnie Brown.

Hopefully Turner and Hartline made good strides in the offseason.

i love spiller and there's no question he'd be quite a weapon for us in so many different roles...

however after watching a bunch of tape on arrelius benn and seeing how much upside he has i think it's a mistake unless rolando mcclain or dez bryant are on the board to pass him up...

right now i like in that scenario:

1st round- arrelius benn wr
2nd round-dan williams nt
3rd round- micah johnson ilb

we have got to get a wr for the long term with some real upside and i just can't get that out of my mind...

but i can definitely see the regime going defense first and taking jerry hughes to pair with cameron wake long term at olb and there is a need there in short order...

I say we let ronnie walk, hes getting older and doesnt have breakaway speed, spiller would be good, but id really like stephan johnson in round 2 or 3.
