Just saw a clip of Surtain talking on NFL Network..

He said:
-This is not the Joey Harrington of old
-His receivers arent helping him out, dropping alot of passes
-He is fitting some balls in tight places
-He can move around
-Joey is playing some good ball

Every analyst i've seen on TV says Joey is doing great. It is just a strange phenomena of this board that everyone hates him  I predict this will become a bash Joey Harrington thread before all is said and done.

Joey is playing better then Culpepper did. You're right though. The "Culpepper Obsession Fan Club" will destroy the thread. :shakeno:

Doesn't matter who will the QB, DC, JH, CL, somebody will bash him. Except if Marino was still playing, man do I ever miss those days. Even on a bad day it was fun to watch him.

Cmon fellas JH is not playing great by any means. He is playing well enough for us not too lose. If he played great we would have dropped 40+ on Chicago. He is an average qb and we need a good qb to take the next step. But I will be as happy as anyone if the light comes on for him and he becomes that guy. I just want someone to become that guy and soon.

The thread has nothing to do with Joey being "that guy". It has to do with he is playing well now. Ever hear of giving credit where credit is due?

I found that amusing. But why would he put his balls there?

Because otherwise Chambers and McMike drop them :sidelol:

Joey IS playing well, and will continue to play well the rest of the season, and next season, and the next 8-9 seasons when he wins at least 1 MVP and 2 SBs. Take that to the bank.

Not so much a prediction as it is wishful thinking.
