Pat White out of the hospital

Great to hear, hopefully they will practice him under center now like a real QB so he can actually get practice with his passing and get a rhythm.
 
Good news, Hopefully they realize he has a reciever's body and shouldn't be under center...
 
Guys get injured, this is football. He'll be fine. He made it thru 4 years of college didn't he? I mean damn, he took an awkward hit, give him a break.
 
maybe they should at least attempt to disguise the formation so that team don't stack the box against him....

the play in which Pat White got hurt, there wasn't even a WR on the field if memory serves me right.
 
Thank G*d he "only" suffered a concussion. Watching the play live and then over and over again I thought that the poor kid was dead. The F.O. needs to re-evaluate his place on the team and better utilize his skills next year.
 
We're desperate for help at WR. We have Henne and Thigpen at QB. Makes a whole lot of sense to transition him to WR, that was where he was projected to play coming out of college. Can't hurt to give it a shot, other players with similar skill sets have had success making the transition.

"Pat was released from the hospital early this morning and took part in all the team meetings and activities today as our players closed out the season," Dolphins spokesman Harvey Greene said in a Monday e-mail to the Press-Register. "He seems fine and there should be no long-term effects from his injury."

Efforts to reach White were unsuccessful. Greene said White was not available for media interviews because he was undergoing an "exit physical."

The extend of White's injury, or whether he suffered a concussion, remained unclear Monday.

"It was a head injury. That is all I will say," Dolphins coach Tony Sparano said Monday.

When Sparano said "It was a head injury. That is all I will say." Was he talking about Pat White, his own reasoning for putting White in the game, or the FO's reasoning for drafting Pat White?
