Pat White's days with Dolphins seem numbered

I hate the thought of giving up on a QB in his second year, especially a 2nd round pick, but it seems like he has shown no real improvement this year. And it's no like he's just showing a few typical young QB issues like reading defenses or locking on receivers. By most reports he's having horrible accuracy issues. I just dont understand what has gone so wrong for him.

Maybe they stash hime on the practice squad for a year if that is possible to do.
