Get some patience and perspective please.

So many people on here said the sky was falling when we didn't get Orton and he turned out to be worse than
Moore.

We were all upset we didn't get Bradshaw last year and Bush outperformed him.

We couldn't believe Miami didn't jump at Mallett! But every other team passed on him multiple times also.

Listen, I am confused about the Marshall deal also, but can we at least see how free agency plays out before we
Go overboard?

We don't have time to be patient. We have a gaping, dirty, pus filled bloody wound at WR, with options to alleviate Marshall's loss dwindling. Blackmon won't be available, V-Jax, Garcon, Wayne, etc are gone. We absolutely can't go into the year with Hartline and Bess as our receivers. Frankly at this point, there is no one left in the draft or FA to make this corps a threat at all.

I dont miss marshall at all. He stops too much. Drops footballs. and probly didnt fit what Philbin will want in players who follow the game plan.

I agree he is just 1 player & I just read on rotoworld that the 2 3rd rd picks was a solid offer (I somewhat disagree maybe a a 2nd & 3rd). I believe in Philbin in the end all that matters is WINS & in Marshall's 2 seasons we had losing records.

The one blessing in disguise I could see happening (besides us winding up with Philbin over Fisher) is us getting Flynn. I really am impressed with what I see out of him and think he could be our answer at the QB position.

Problem? I think this team is going to bungle this up and miss out on him...miss out on EVERYONE. Ireland is doing a horrible job right now.

seriously? OMG. WR's come out of the woodwork every year. in bunches.

I think everyones biggest concern is What/Who do you replace Marshall with?

In yet it took the Dolphins years to finally land a true #1 WR. Even Chambers was a #2. Maybe we can find an acorn, but that's quite the risk.

No, it really hasn't been 40-years since we last won a championship. It hasn't really been 27-years since we last got to a championship game. We've shown enough patience. The Saints and Bucs have won championships recently, we've not been even to a conference championship since 1992! I don't think patience or lack thereof, has been our problem. Incompetence has.

Where's the Thanks button?

It does appear that a little more, a second round pick, could have been gotten for Marshall, but WR are not that difficult to replace. Look at Victor Cruz with the Giants. Listen, this team is more than a couple of players away, get ready for a major facelift to this roster.
