Patrick Cobbs: Torn ACL, out for the season

Sheeeeeeeeeeeuuuuuut. Damn, he's a big part of the 3 headed monster for the Dolphins running the ball. He's a good blocker. He's good on special teams too. Kick returns. Ted Ginn or somebody is going to have to step up and be a bad azz on those returns. Run like a madman through those gaps and all that.
 
Don't really care, Ricky and Ronnie are the studs on offense! Also maybe now the coaching staff will finally use Ginn on kickoffs. You saw what happened when Ted got the ball last night in the return game. Miami started on their 30 yard line instead of the 18.

Sad because he added great depth and versatility to our RB unit, but at least Lex Hilliard gets a chance now and I'm really high on that guy (not literally). I expect us to not even miss a beat with Lex in the lineup.

But as respect to Cobbs, he meant a lot to us last season and deserves credit as a back in this league.
 
That sux. I wonder who is going to take his place on the game day roster. Will it be Lex Hilliard, Patrick Turner or Quinten Moses. I am hoping it is either Hilliard or Turner (I have seen enough of Moses). I want to see if these guys can take their game to the next level.
 
well that fing blows hope hilliard can step up and show us the hilliard we saw in preseason
