Patrick Surtain Sr. shares his thoughts on Brian Flores and Tua Tagovailoa

Not a lot there. Obviously, he's going to love anyone from Bama with his son coming from there. Loved him as a player.

I agree with Surtain Sr.

Need a big back, but I don't think Miami should put too much faith in receivers staying healthy. Have to rebuild that unit.

Giving Flores more time and building some stability makes sense. His overall record is actually pretty impressive considering this was a total rebuild.

Stability is the bigger thing for me. You have e some posters if they were the owner would fire coaches every year if they didn’t reach a certain goal. That stuff is bananas to me!

"Bananas" - LOL

I would have thought you liked bananas - LOL

All Grier had to do was draft an RB in 2020 instead of Noah and this team would be 8-4, 7-5

Can’t expect to make the playoffs having to win December road games with 7th rounders and street free agents

I can't speak for every poster, but I can speak for me (one who wants BF fire).

I too want stability. But I want stability with a winner. Sean Payton, Mike Holmgren, Mike Tomlin, etc.

Stability for stability sake is insanity. If we wanted stability we should've kept Gase. We weren't the worst team in the league under Gase.

Imo, once you "know" this guy can't win, make the change. Do a better job of hiring a coach. Get a selection committee, study what qualities are common with winners. Figure it out.

But FGS, don't settle for keeping a loser because you fear change. You'll forever be a loser.
