I am really struck by the arrogance of this team and their fans. The town I live in has what is basically a Patriots bar, and they even organize trips for people to come down from NE for this game every year. So all weekend I see them strutting around head to toe in Patriots gear. At first I was just glad that we are having crappy weather here now so they don't get to enjoy the beach, the game took it to another level. After the game all I saw from the team was, "we had a bad night" etc.. Not even the grace to say that for one freaking night we were the better team. Miami wanted it more and outplayed them, but they just had a bad night.

I am not condoning their attitude. I think it is always wise to be humble. However, in a very small way I can't blame them. They have been hugely successful and if you watched the game all ESPN did was talk about them. Except for the occasional mention by Gruden, it was like the Dolphins weren't even there. Add that to the list of reasons why I can't stand ESPN ( Opps, I mean the Patriot's Channel).

If you ask any Patriot fan, though, they're convinced the world is out to get them lol

What right do the Patriot fans have to show us any respect, they have been beating us up for years. The notion though that they had a bad night is laughable, they didn't lose the game we beat them by playing good defense and running the ball well.............I love it.

We have been beating them up too, at least in Miami. Patriot fans should show us respect in that regard. As to their arrogance, I don't fault them, I would probably be the same way if we dominated the league like they do.

Well, they've been kicking everyone's butts for years and imo they deserved to feel how they want.

Even so when Gruden spoke about the Patriots, he was making excuses for them. Oh, they have sooo many injuries, they have young guys in the game. I'm not trying to hear that, they came in as a 10-2 team with those same players, and the media said we had NO CHANCE against them; and they got punched in the mouth by a team with NO BYE WEEK. Stop making excuses for them Gruden because their adversities are pale in comparison to how the Fins season have played out.

Goodell has been favoring that team for so long and the one time he takes a stand in the Deflategate case, they accuse him of being unfair. I can't stand them....I just want Brady to retire, so they can crawl back under a rock.
