Jets And Steelers Games Declared Sellouts; Single-Game Tickets Go On Sale Saturday

Single-game tickets for most of the Miami Dolphins’ 2004 home schedule will go on sale starting this Saturday, July 24 at 10:00 a.m. at the Dolphins’ Pro Player Stadium Box Office, located at Gate G. Because of the team’s “Early Bird Packageâ€Â, in which fans could purchase a matching number of tickets for the Arizona game on November 7 and any one of the other seven remaining home contests, matchups with the Pittsburgh Steelers (September 26) and New York Jets (October 3) were declared sellouts today. The team’s Monday, December 20 contest against the New England Patriots had previously been announced as a sellout. The only way fans can purchase tickets for these three games is through season tickets or group sales.

Kindervision Program To Be Present At Pro Player On Saturday

All Dol-Fans who come to Pro Player Stadium on Saturday will be provided with a free KinderVision child safety education video narrated by law enforcement that enables families to instruct their children on circumstances to avoid and to reinforce ways to protect their children from harm. They will be set up on the stadium’s Club Level in section 244 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Children are recorded on the end of the safety education message so they enjoy watching it and thus learn the material contained in it more easily.

What's the deal with the Steelers game? What's so big about them?

You'd think the Titans game would sell out before the Pittsburgh game.

What's so big about the Steelers?

1) A franchise that has one of the best histories of any franchise in the NFL.
That is a draw in itself. The Steelers are the Steelers. That name is a
name that draws people.

2) There are many people in S. Florida from up north which includes
Pittsburgh. There are many fans down here who follow the Steelers.
Jet, Patriot and Bills fans get to see their team here every year.
Steeler fans have to wait for a game every 3-4 years hence you can bet
they will all be attending if they can get tix.

Also, early season games tend to sell faster, and Pittsburgh is the 3rd week. I'd bet the Tennessee game will sell out no more than a couple hours after single-game seats go on sale.

Anyone know what the status of the Buffalo game is? I know it's not sold out, but does anyone have the dirt on how many tix are left? I'd like to know my chances of getting 4 half-decent seats on Saturday.
