Patriots trying to get Moss

I just read on theredzone.org(sorry do not know how to post link) That the raiders have turned down a 2nd day pick for Moss for New England. Moss has said that he would restructure if he went to New England. Not sure if this is good or bad. He is a great talent but does not fit the mold of the Patriots team views.
