I have to believe that even if he isn't guilty of the shooting, there comes a time when he may still be guilty by association. Not legally, but as far as the league is concerned. I understand that you don't always know what is going to happen around you, but part of staying out of trouble is just as easy as not putting yourself in situations to get blamed. If his previous conflict happened the way it appeared, he was justified in shooting back, but he was still associating with somebody that somebody else wanted dead...unless it was a random shooting. If that is the case, he has now been involved in two scenario that involved somebody wanting one of his acquaintances dead. That, I do find to be a problem because he lacks good enough judgement to stay the hell away from them. So, in that case, considering a mild suspension, or at least counseling, wouldn't be the worst move by the NFL. That isn't just for him, but for the well being and safety of anybody around him.
