Just let all the guys on the damn roster dress and be available on game days. Such a kick in the balls for the 7 guys that don't make the game day cut ... plus it doesn't make a lick of sense to begin with.
Allowing teams to expand roster size makes sense with the enormous impact injuries have on a team's ability to succeed. 60 is a nice round number and a good start.
