I was looking at the salary cap page and these 5 guys stood out to me.

1.justin peele-1.7mill in 08' for a backup TE? i like peele and dont want to get rid of him but isnt that a little high?

2.vonnie holliday-4.6mill in 08' i like vonnie but i think thats a little much for a very averge player

3.goodman-1.7mil in 08' thats not bad for a nickle cb but didnt he blow out his knee last year? he is always hurt.

4.renaldo hill- 2.5 mill in 08'- not bad for a starting safety but he will probably never be the same and wont be ready week 1, pay cut!

5.cameron worrell-1.2mill in 08'- i like this kid but just like hill and goodman they might not ever be the same.

of these guys who do you think gets cut? or do all stay?
 
Peele is making that much money? He has a lower overall than Sean Ryan or whatever the new third string tight ends name is on Madden.
 
it wouldnt surprise me if all of them go BYE BYE, would it really matter, if they arent part of the solution then they were part of the problem :)
 
Vonnie Holliday will be back and be part of what is shaping up to be a pretty good defensive end rotation with Randy Starks and Matt Roth.

The rest are all very expendable.
 
vonnie holiday is ok and we could still use him unless we get a good young player

but worell is a great speacial teamer... i still like him and peele is a good solid back up.. i definitely wanna keep him...

hopefully all these bums r given there walking papers soon..especially goodman and worrell

Goodman i wouldn't mind to be let gone soon.... Worrell hold onto though. see what happens throughout off season obtainments and such. we may need him in the long run too.
 
I thought that it was Goodmans shoulder. I think goodman is a decent corner
 
"Didn't Cam give Holiday a huge contract extension?"

Holliday got resigned last year optherwise he was a free agent. He played extreamly well the year before to earn that contract.
