The penalties on the defense, especially in the first half were very costly.

• 13 in all with two declined.
• 11 different players.
• 8 times the penalties gave the Bills 1st and 5 and 1 time 2nd and 5.
• 3 penalties gave the Bills first downs.
• 8 in the first half.

The difference the game imo... no question.
