I just went to NFL.com like I always do and guess who is ranked 4th in passing yards, CP is. WoW talk about team MVP. He will probably be at 5th by nights end, but awesome stat to see.

On a side note Joey is ranked 1st with 12 sacks, Bell is ranked 7th in tackles and Crowder is ranked 13 in tackles and Ronnie is two TDs away from leading the league in TDs

Well, Crowder is right there with him. So I dont see it as negative. Bell plays all over the Field and is considering rave similiar to that of a Bob Sanders or Palomalu.

Where is he ranked in 3rd down conversions and pick 6's?

Problem is we are passing too much and not running enough...leads to inflated passing stats....we need to get our running game going....

Chad Pennington has done a great job.

I give nothing but high praise for his work with this offense.

Hard to complain when he is by far our best QB since Marino, but our 3rd down problems and the pick 6's will be our downfall (that and special teams).

Overall however CP is playing far better than I ever could have hoped. Unfortunately for those of us with no patience he is likely not the guy that will win us a Superbowl.

I agree with both of you he is doing a good job, just keeping it real and keeping the superman thing in perspective.

Nobody has said CP is The Best QB in the league, but the guy has been our MVP. you have to give him credit. Every QB throws a pick a 6 or two during the season and we are coming along in the 3rd efficiency. The Seahawks played real good on D today, which should be no surprise with the talent they have on D

When CP has a game like todays, he ussually follows up with a stellar performance the next week. Just hope he stays good for the Patsies.

The play he made on 3rd down where he rolled out almost got sacked and passed to Bess was a thing of Beauty. The guy is a real good QB and leader and that is what differentiates a good QB from a Bad one. You throw a pick 6 and you gotta pretend it never happen and you have to go back and WIN the game.

thats what happens when your receivers dont drop balls, and you complete nearly 70% of the passes, the way he's been playing, im not suprised by this stat,
but if you asked me where he be ranked preseason... i'd guess around 20.. i thought we'd be a sick running team, but we arent' we're an efficeint passing team
