Was anyone panicking on the play in which Pennington threw the INT? I saw his arm get pulled back and the first thing that came into my mind was "Uh-oh....torn rotator cuff......again."
 
i was more pissed that it resulted in a touchdown
 
Penny was just trying to make a play. He should have taken the sack. Overall he's is playing very well.
 
I know....Honestly...I was going..."Oh hell...Finheaven is going to be beating his *** for that INT and he was getting hit while he was throwing it"
 
He said in the press conference he didn't even see the guy and had to watch the film to see where he came from. I think the line man blocked his view. Man, did I just make an excuse for Penny. Hehe, I just saw Rogers has 3 pick 6's, so atleast he doesn't lead that cat.
 
Anytime Chad throws across the field like that I get nervous . . . that wasn't the only time in this game where a pass could have went back . . . hey, if he could throw as hard as Henne, i doubt he would be on our team right now lol . . . we knew what he was, and he has been fantastic, can't really complain too much.

That one scramble he had and then found I believe Bess . . . that was incredible from Chad . . . he has a play like that every game where I just get sooo impressed with him.
 
Im still fuming I did not get to see the game because the newspaper missprinted and said it was going to be televised. It was fun listening to it on the radio though. Man when I heard he got picked like that I had a gut feeling in me just telling me it was gonna be a long tough day for us. Thankfully they diddnt convert at the end and then friggin o mare of all people defeating us with a long field goal. It was haunting me.
 
tiki barber just said something that is very true about the jets.he said thomas jones was running wild because of just having farve at qb.but that he struggled last year with penny.no big deal,but one could see that not having 8 in the box doesnt hurt.sometime stats arent the most important things with qbs.

How many games did Pennington play last year? 9? 2006 pennington played all 16 and washington averaged 4.3ypc, 2004 pennington played 13 games and C. Martin averaged 4.6ypc, 2002 pennington played 15 games and C. Martin averaged 4.2 ypc.

AND OF COURSE MARINO HAD SO MANY GREAT RBS CAUSE HE STRETCHED THE DEFENSE.

didn't the jets spend a good amount of money on the oline this year?
 
I can't pass a chance to stir the pot. Lets be honest. For each one of you that was worried that Penne may be injured, there is probably an equal number of you that said all right now we see Henne.
