Periscope Scrimmage Tonight.......

IF anyone is going to the scrimmage tonight can they use the Periscope App and use it at the scrimmage???????
 
Good idea! But I don't think many people know the app yet
 
Isn't it against the rules to broadcast the scrimmage?
 
I would assume this is very much against the rules.

Some teams stream this events, shame the Dolphins don't
 
A few years ago these would get filmed and broadcast on the Sun local Sports network.

Any chance this happens?

I don't see it on their schedule. :shakeno:
 
I've been to the scrimmage for the last 4 years and it has never been televised and if it were still at Sunlife, I say there is a slim chance of it randomly happening.

Buuut, this is at FIU stadium and there is an incredible turnout already, North of 12,000 people. Plus they made us pay this year, it was free in prior years. Couple that with the fact that they seem to be releasing more TC and practice videos and being more "transparent" than years past, I'd say there is actually a possibility of it being broadcast.

Also it shouldn't be illegal as it the broadcast is not for profit
 
If you're allowed to bring a phone into the event you'd be allowed to use periscope.

You're not allowed to use video camcorder or cameras with large zoom lenses.
 
Do we have to have the app to view the stream? Or is it just a link that anyone can click?
