1. The Brady/Belichick thing is not a short-term issue. They're likely to be together at least 3-4 more yrs. Brady wants to play till 40.

Not trying to be obstinate about Fisher and Colts. He's not going there. As of late day yesterday, only 2 teams in mix. It's not expanding.

In the NFC Fisher would have to deal with this list of QB's:

Rodgers
Stafford
Cutler
Brees
Ryan
Freeman
Newton
Manning
Vick
Romo

AFC much easier:

Brady(getting old)
Manning-maybe retire? old
big ben
flacco?
sanchez blows
dalton?

So good luck going to the rams and having to deal with 10 franchise QB's in the NFC
 
Peter King, a guy who has an embarrassing love affair with Tom Brady and the Patriots, is pimping the Rams over the Fins? Shocker.
 
I WANT a coach at this point that WANTS to take on Brady and Belichick.

I do not like Rex Ryan, but him saying, "I ain't here to kiss Bill Belichick's rings" is the attitude I want of my next coach.
 
Why are people scared of the Patriots? They haven't won a superbowl since they got caught cheating.
 
That, folks, is why Peter King sits behind a a keyboard. He is afraid of challenge. Of course he would pick the easy conference.
 
the funniest thing is that he says brady wants to play until his is 40? well I have heard the complete opposite and he probably wont play pass 37, the guy has 3 rings and MVP's he has no reason to push his career into the 40's

It's a little hard to be a playoff contender when another team has won the division 8 of the last 9 years.
 
Good. I hope he goes to the Rams. He's just playing the teams off against each other anyway. I want a coach who truly appreciates being the Dolphins Head Coach.
 
When was the last time the Patriots even made it to the AFC Championship game?

Their defense is trash, it's evident that their personnel department has been so gutted that that team is very unlikely to be dominant as they were in the early to mid 2000s. As soon as Brady is out of the picture, you're looking at a team that probably won't even be in the playoffs 3 out of 4 years. People forget that before Brady took the reins, that Patriots team was bad and people were calling for Belichick's head.

The AFC East is one of the weakest divisions in football when #12 isn't playing. See: 2008.

Team that won it... Dolphins. It can be done, but more importantly, that Patriots team will be on the decline as brady gets older and eventually retires. I want this dolphins team to be he next tirant in this division. The way that happens is by getting a strong loyal coach and a franchise qb. both of those could happen this year.... holy **** as a fan i am all for that.... we cant change the decision the front office makes just hope it all works out.... If i told you the dolphins have fisher and rg3 or fisher and flynn vs sporano and henne or sporano and moore which would you be more excited about?
 
Certainly scared of a one and done team that NE has turned into. But at least there's hope for them this year as they get to face the worst team out of all the playoff teams coming out of a garbage division. I know, I now Denver beat Pittsburgh....with no R.Clark, no RMendenhall, no MPouncey, an injured Big Ben, injured MStarks, lost C.Hampton, injured L.Woodley need I go on?
