Peter King: Tannenbaum likes West Georgia College coach Will Hall

Haven't seen anything about this posted but if you read Peter King's MMQB, Tannenbaum says he likes West Georgia College coach Will Hall.
Kid has a good record but it's Division II.
I'm not sure how you sell a DII head coach going to the NFL.
This is why Tannenbaum scares me as the guy in charge of our HC search.

There are a long list of reasons why Tannenbaum scares me. Hiring the coach is really the least of them cause if he screws it up enough he'll be out the door with the coach...might be the fastest way to get him out of here.

As for the coach...he's coached at West Alabama and West Georgia...lucky for us Miami is on the eastern part of the state so he won't want anything to do with us lol.

He liked Sanchez so much after his 3 game swoon against losing teams in '11 that he unnecessarily extended him into cap hell .. ignored Terry Bradway's repeated pleas to draft Russell Wilson in the 2nd or trade up in the 3rd. Guess he thought that Stephen Hill and Sanchez were a match made in heaven. Relatively speaking, wonder if he likes this coach from podunk as much as he liked Vernon Gholston??? LOLOL

Bottom Line: If Ross was inclined to cut Philbin a lot of slack, imagine how much **** up rope he'll give to a guy whom he not only dumpter dove in the NFL refuse bin to salvage, but actually gave a defacto promotion to. We're in deep trouble.

Im sure Tannenbaum likes a bunch of candidates. Maybe this person becomes an asst head coach or coordinator? I do like the fact we are going to verticals. We have several more months to find a replacement if we do replace Campbell. But I would like things to be kept under wraps
