Now that JP has signed with Seattle, I think we should now turn our focus to OT. I think the money we were thinking of spending on OLB, should now go towards Ashworth. And then use #16 on OLB, possibly Greenway of Iowa. I think OT through FA could help us more than the draft, where I think the draft could help us at OLB just as much as FA.

I agree. I was hoping to get JP because of his athleticism on the outside but was fooling myself to think we would spend that much on him. Ashworth would be a good addition and give the OL a lot of depth. I also like the idea of a linebacker in the first round or trade up to pick one later since the word is it is a strong linebacking core.

The Dolphins front office isnt busy focusing on a single player so much that they neglect to sign other players. That simply doesnt happen.

Tom Ashworth isnt someone who is going to be cost prohibitive to the point where it's going to hurt us in signing relatively costly free agents. If it does, that means we've massively overpaid.
