Before anyone screams, the rank is with a negative -4.9 grade. We got a +13.5 on passing (#11), a -7.3 on pass blocking (#23), a -21.1 on run blocking (#25), and a -0.4 on run (#17), and #12 on penalties.

Individually:

QB- RT was #11

WR- Hartline was #14, Gibson #15, and Wallace #103 of 108.

OT- Cabo was #68, with Martin at #55.

C- Pouncey is #14.

OG- Cog is #17, and Jerry is #37.

TE- Clay is #48

RB- DT is #25, and Miller is at #42.

Agree or Disagree?

Daniel Thomas and Ryan Tannehill are too high. Mike Wallace and Charles Clay are too low for me to take that too seriously.

Tanney should probably be around 15-17 right now Imo.

There shouldn't be a ranking low enough for Clado.

Clay would be around #12 if not for the horrible blocking. Rt and DT are debatable, and Wallace has yet to able to cash his checks with a straight face.

What stands out is that the stats clearly show the OL is not playing well. Funny after all the PFF threads about Tannehill this week this thread comes to light. Wonder if it's just a coincidence that Shou never posted this info?

Regardless of what anyone posts or thinks, Tannehill is doing one HELL OF A JOB with what he has to work with. His improvement has to be evident to Helen Keller and Stevie wonder, let alone posters here. JMO

yet another thread that I doubt shouright will make an appearance in, or any other tannehill naysayer... this clearly illustrates just how bad our OL is...particularly the tackles.

given how much stock some of these fellas put in stats, and stats from PFF in particular, I don't know why we have 60 new threads a week about ryan tannehill.

This thread was on the Dolphins O, NOT RT, and all opinions are welcome, no matter how far fetched they may be. :)

RT has been superb. Im surprised how high Cog is.

Cog has played very well, in spite of being the worst fit on our entire OL for a ZBS. Makes me wonder about the system vs the players.

Here's the thing with Ryan Tannehill. I am called a 'homer' and someone who does nothing but defend the QB, and even I don't think he has been superb.

I think he has been 'above average' to fairly good. However, 'above average' to fairly good for a player I thought was going to need this as a DEVELOPMENT year playing behind a line that is, quite frankly, embarrassing, is a huge reason for optimism.

So even though I think people who try to pin the blame for this team's struggles on the QB are nuts, at the same time, I can't look at his body of work this season and call it 'superb' -- even on a curve. He does have moments where he is superb, IMO, and he needs to find them more consistently.

Agreed but, if he had average blocking, how good would he be this year? Hard to imagine he would be worse.
