Would be great to have a true S/LB hybrid player like Shaq Thompson to be playing in a Big Nickel package since the Nickel is now a primary formation these days in the NFL.

Yeah, it would. However, I feel like Jones can fit that role pretty well. Thompson is 6'0 230 and Jones is 6'1 215.

15 pounds is a lot but Jones is physical as hell.

Suh and Reshad(and Phillips), that's it on D. Need to build around these guys. We grab a quality corner(s) and MLB in draft/FA then we can start moving in right direction. FS needs a serviceable player to step in as well, straight garbage out there currently
