I want a coaching staff that can stay complete for a few years,so we can get some stability.
I don't want cordinators, even great ones, who take off after a year for a HC job.
I want us to develope a system.

Rex Ryan( give him Head Coach money to coach the defense for years), the other guys I just don't trust. The Dallas defense was pretty weak. Rex Ryan knows how to prepare for teams.

I think we need a coordinator like ryan or another great DC that very well could be up for head coaching jobs in the future. This initial year is huge b/c it is when most of the rebuilding will be done, especially on the defense side of the ball. We hire a guy like Ryan and if we are fortunate enough that another team would want him as a Hc than one of our positional coaches(we need strong positional coaches across the board) can stepup and become a coordinator.

This would make me happier then the Cameron Firing/Sparano Hiring. I was amped when Sparano was hired but Rex Ryan is just the best at what he does. I'd take him over any defensive coordinator in a heart beat.

Please Mr. Parcells bring in Rex Ryan.

Rex Ryan > the guy from Dallas.

We have to get him.

I don't know about him. Didn't he have some unkind things to say after his interview with us?

He basically told Parcells that "he has a lot of work ahead of him." It's wierd that he said that because Baltimore was to only team to lose to us last year.
