I am NOT on the "draft a QB damn it" bandwagon, but here we go anyway. From PFT:

LSU quarterback JaMarcus Russell has signed with agent Eric Metz, a league source tells us.

And this means that Russell will forego his final year of eligibility and enter the 2007 draft. Once a college player signs with an agent, there's no going back.

Coming off of a great performance in the Sugar Bowl, the 6-6, 260-pound Russell could be one of the top picks in April. He might even leapfrog Notre Dame's Brady Quinn.

He will be the 1st pick in the draft and Quinn might fall to us although it is unlikely.

Oh yeah that makes us drafting a QB more likely.

1 more to go :D (Well 2 if you say Brennan)

They should draft Pat Willis, Gaines Adams, Quinton Moses, or Dwayne Jarrett.

This is great news. I think he will be picked 1st overall, but it MAY give us a chance at Brady Quinn, IF he drops like Matt Leinart. I doubt he goes past Cleveland though. Even so, it bumps a good player down.

Oakland will draft a quarterback, and Detroit will draft a Wide Receiver, because they are noobs.

We must draft a QB.

the more juniors the better, cmon Brohm and Brennan

yes, this should increase our chances of landing Brohm. Although they play similarly (both like to hold onto the ball alot) Brohm makes fewer ******ed mistakes. Russell is just another Daunte imo (which isn't a diss necessarily, but we already have a Daunte)
