when it comes to stuff like this, PFT isnt the most reliable source, if berlin is cut, he will be put on the practice squad most likely unless we are looking to pickup a QB and i dont think we'd cut ed perry
 
Ed Perry is one of the best LS in the NFL, I cannot see him getting cut, JMO.
 
Ed Perry would be a surprise.One of the best long snappers in the game.Maybe they have someone that can do it.

I really think Owens is just an extra TC body.. maybe someone who can push Lee and Diamond a little bit more..

I would agree, I'm just wondering if Owens can long snap?

that would be interesting to know, anyone with cap knowledge can you layout the difference in ed perry and owens?

Seems like I read somewhere that they like rookie John Denney who was considered one of the better long snappers in this year's draft. I have not paid attention to see if anyone other than Perry has snapped during the preseason games. If Denney was getting some chances to snap in the games that may be a sign as to whether he is being seriously considered.

john denney is second on the fins depth chart
