Brad Childress, Scott Linehan, Norv Turner, Cam Cameron, Mike Mularkey, Jason Garrett

Good offensive minds who have a laid-back weak approach, they cant command a lockeroom, they are not leaders of men, they have no discipline, they allow fights to breakout on the team planes(cameron) their players take the identity of their coach, and eventually the coach gets fired, dont worry, norv turner and garrett are next.

Mike Zimmer was too "disciplined" and "blunt", what that really means is Ireland wants a yes man so he can run the whole show, he wants a laid back coach who want question his horrible personnel moves, that's why we didn't get fisher, and that's why zimmer was eliminated.

I really hope I'm wrong

How do you know all of this about Philbin/McCoy yet if both these men haven't been a head coach a day in their lives? :idk: They haven't had a chance to prove themselves before someone lays these kind of judgements on them. Besides, didn't most everyone around here want a young offensive minded coach instead of a "retread"? I'm not saying these guys are the next young Shulas, but they could very well prove to be good or great head coaches.

i think mccoy might be one of these guys - philbin i def agree with you from what i've seen.

im really hoping we dont base the next 3 seasons off of 1 good year by the packers.

I highly doubt it

Well, we won't know until they've had a chance to prove otherwise. I'm going to take a wait and see approach with these guys before I judge them to be failures. All good head coaches start somewhere...who knows, we might find that with one of these guys.

sean payton a laid back guy or a leader of men?

Jim Harbaugh isn't a screamer, and we all agree he would have been a good hire, right? Harbaugh doesn't chew his guys out or yell at them the way Singletary did, not even close. He's exuberant in victory, but in the locker room by all accounts he is a cool customer like Billy B. You want a "fiery" coach like Rex Ryan?

And if you want to talk about "disciplinarian" coaches who will "get the team under control," then let's talk about Cam Cameron a bit more. Remember Cam Cameron's rule that the team couldn't talk on the team plane during flights? Stuff like that? That doesn't sound very laid back to me.

Rex Ryan a leader of men? is he successful?

Belichick has Brady
Dungy had Manning (he was laid back)
Mccarthy has Rogers (not exactly a known discipliner)
Andy Reid is a fat laid back man
Coughlin now has hot Elly Manning

The key for the next HC is about the QB and making them great so we can fill the seats with a great HC (lol).
