He was an extremely long shot anyways. Sparano isn't likely to carry someone who's strictly a returner. Besides that I think we have better options. Gates KR and Bush PR. Livas had a nice game but he looked fairly slow for a returner to me. He didn't exactly run away from people on that TD, just happened to have his blocks set up nicely. At first I thought it was Gates until he got in the open field and wasn't exactly blazing.

Looked fairly slow? LOL... As for Sparano not carrying a guy who's strictly a returner, didn't we bring in pro bowler Clifton Smith last year to be exactly that?
