This defense is no joke this year.

The Packers and the Lions are damn good teams and they lost them mainly due to poor coaching and crappy play calling at the end of the game (at least that's my opinion).

If they can get pressure on Peyton Manning next week, they may just have a chance.
 
I don't get it. So much talent on this defense capable of so much.

But, it seems like every third down they're out there with their helmets on backwards trying to figure it out. That one drive Buffalo converted like three third downs.

We have to get off the field on third down. That's about the only complaint I have for the evening.

I've noticed that from time to time all season. It reminds me of that movie Necessary Roughness. They are out there looking all confused with their hands in the air.
 
They're going to have a mega test next week...hopefully Finnegan is back because we can't go to Denver with just two CBs.

Want my opinion, didn't really give a choice there so any who....I think it's micro coaching. Second guessing the perfect call for the situations.

Joe is a micromanager for sure.
 
The problem with playing Manning is they have to get pressure on him without blitzing because he can pick it apart.
 
13.5 points against average in the last 7 games. Given up 20 or more just 2x in that stretch. Defense was built to play with a lead but they've done a real good job overall this year.

Peyton might pull out the game in 10 days, but this D will give him hell. Get the slightest of leads and this D is bonkers.

IMHO If the Pats can get to peyton and play them Aggressive , Miami with the 4th ranked Defence should be all over Manning , no problem, and the Pats prob isnt even in the top 15 -20 in defence .
 
I remember back in the day when the Colts were still in the AFC East, the Phins would kick the **** out of Manning most of the time.
