Pittsburgh Steelers LB Joey Porter shot

ESPNews reports Pittsburgh Steelers LB Joey Porter (buttocks) was shot in the buttocks at Denver, Colorado's Best Sports Bar and Grille at 1:47 a.m. Sunday, August 31. Doctors are still evaluating whether or not to remove the bullet and Porter is listed in serious condition. Doctors have said the injury is not career or life threatening. Local Denver police said he was apparently an innocent bystander and no timetable for his recovery has been given. Five people were shot and one died in the incident.
