we are addressing many of our needs quite nicely. with the pickup of daunte and lj shelton we are taking big steps in the right direction. getting rid of gus freed up space for us to do some more manuevering in free agency so here is the rest of my plan... sign: julian peterson and a db (i'd like ahmed plummer)draft: a wr reciever at #16 as a present to daunte for coming to miami (santonio holmes please), an o-lineman in round 3 (hopefully houck and saban can find a steal that may be ready to step right in), and a qb to groom behind pepper (omar jacobs) and some defense (dl?, lb?)on day 2.
 
New Orleans picked up Drew Brees and if New York Jets pick up Ramsey than Jay Cutler May possibly fall to 16 pick in the Draft. :cooldude:

Avant is just a big slow guy who struggles with route running and consistency catching balls...he reminds me of that other Michigan WR we had on the preactice squad a few years ago.
 
I think that Chad Jackson would be complimentary to what we need in this offense. We need a WR that can stretch the feild. That guys 40 time was amazing at the combine.
 
Chad Jackson is a stud. Santonio Holmes is too small. One of those 3 QB's is going to slide more than anyone has anticipated IMO. I hope it's Cutler, because Culpepper is 30 and I would love to groom a guy like Cutler to take over in a few years. I think we should go after Tye Hill if we go CB in the first round.
 
We still need a RT or a guard, is J. James still on the team

tye hill is a little small cromartie or jimmy williams to me is the better picks. williams can play saftey and cromartie looks like a freak
