Cut: McDaniel, Bell
Sign: Flynn, Mario Williams, Nelson, Meachum, Carey for cheap
Restructure: Marshall, Dansby, Long and Wake(with extension)
Let walk: Soliai, Langford, Allen, and especially Columbo
Possible after Draft cuts: Fasano, Incognito, Hartline
Hopefully trade down with Cincy.
Draft: 1. Decastro 2a. Fleener 2b. Alshon Jeffrey 3. Ronnell Lewis 4. Osweiler B.P.A the rest of the way
That would give us on Offense:
QB: Flynn, Moore, Osweiller
RB: Bush, Thomas, Messam
OL: Long, DeCastro, Pouncey, Carey, Murtha/Jerry
WR: Marshall, Jeffrey, Meachum, Bess, Gates
TE: Fleener, Clay, Mastrud???
On Defense:
DL: Wake, Oddrick, Starks, Williams
LB: Burnett, Dansby, Lewis
CB: Davis, Smith, Wilson, Carroll, ???
S: Nelson, Jones, Culver, Clemmons
This would be a team that the rest of the NFL would fear to play each week!!! Could you imagine the pressure an aggressive Defense will get with these Players. The Offense would finally be athletic enough to block and take advantage of the mismatches that Clay, Fleener, Bush, Bess, and Marshall create. The only problem in this scenario would be signing Williams and the $$$ it could take. If its too much, sign Nicks instead and Draft Coples at #8 or 9.

We need to restructure Dansby, Marshall, sign Long to long term extension. THIS WILL FREE UP about 12-15 mil in cap space. The NFL is changed you need two number 1 receivers. We have enough pieces on Defense i would only sign Nelson and a guy like Lawson. But our money should be dedicated offense. we need to sign OL in FA and sign a guy like meachem and draft a WR in round 1 such as Alshon Jeffery or Michael Floyd and a TE in round 2. Fleener or Orson Charles.

Ive changed my mind.....already!
Its our Offense, not our D that struggled last year. With first pick, instead of Merclius, I would go for one of the top WR's.
IMO, this would free up both Bess and Bush. Marshall will still demand double coverage, but another legit WR, would just free up everything.
Just imagine a DC, trying to matchup against Marshall, Floyd, Bess & Bush.
