It seems like everyone highly criticizing Thomas forgets that in his first two games he rushed for over 100 yards. It's difficult for a back in his role to produce consistently, especially when he has little NFL experience. I liked what we did on offense with Daboll, but our offense was also pretty predictable, using multi receiver sets when we were passing and jumbo sets when we were running. Bush minimized this because he could run a larger variety of plays just due to his speed, but Thomas was given the ball to run up a middle that was usually easily plugged because the opposition could tell what we were about to do.
