1- matt moore

2-brandon gibson

3-dion jordan

4-brian hartline

5- cam wake ??

If you trade Cam Wake you are letting everyone know that you officially give up on the season, and nobody else on that list would net anything in return.

hmmm. who is our 3rd string QB? yeah, giving up.

Jordan cant be traded, he is due for another pee test. who in their right mind?

I wouldnt trade any of the WR's. They get hurt and Landry is returning kicks. hold em.

Trades are ussually for guys who are disgruntled/overpaid and looking for spending $. see williams in buffalo, Harvin Seattle

No to Wake unless u get 2 number 1's and a third. Don'e really car about the others.

He'll wind up in New England and toast the division for the next few seasons.

I'd be more than happy to watch Brian Hartline go up to New England and catch 4 comebacks and 1 slant per game for a total of 60 yards, with 1 touchdown thrown in every 6 weeks, in exchange for getting his 6 million dollar salary off the books and getting a chance to see what Rishard Matthews can do.

They already have Edelman as their tryhard boundary WR, and Edelman can pick up YAC and catch tough balls.

Maybe in fantasy land you could trade these players but in reality the cap hit would make next year very difficult.

If we trade Matt Moore, WV's reaction:

Yes- only reason is because he's playing at a high level still
however I don't think it will last much longer so let's trade him
while we still can get some decent value!

The only players on this team worthy of people traded are pretty much on the original list. I suppose Brent Grimes could be listed, but we have absolutely nothing else at that position, so id be inclined to keep him unless i got a really good offer. Randy Starks could be added as well, but unfortunately the market for defensive tackles seems to have tanked, we'd never get even close to decent value for him.

You need to get whatever you can for Hartline. I seriously doubt that we could land a 6th for him. Makes all those threads about "Hartline being worth more than a second round pick" seem absolutely hilarious in hindsight, huh? Not that they werent funny at the time, but they are even more so now. Yet again, the Miami Dolphins strike again and we are reacting to situations instead of being proactive. Do whatever it takes to get that contract off this roster. He's already been replaced, so if we can get some relief from that deal than that alone means more to me than any draft considerations.

Cam Wake needs to be traded. Yes, i know, that sucks. But he will turn 33 before the season is over and is not in our long term plans. Cameron Wake alone does not make this team a Superbowl contender. Not only are we players away, we are entire position groups away from being a legitimate threat to win it all. So in my eyes, in some ways this season is over. Im watching to see if Tannehill can flourish under fire, so far the results havent been impressive. Back to Wake, by the time we are good enough to win the big game, Wake will be at least 34 and more likely 35 years old. He likely wont be around to enjoy it.
Lets flip this around a bit: has anyone considered how Wake might be feeling? Even in a league of professional athletes, Wake has always been absurdly competitive. The man reportedly doesnthave a television because it distracted him from training. And what does he have to show for such commitment? Not only has he never been to the playoffs, but hes never been on a team that finished with a winning record. You know he has to be frustrated. We should do whats right for him and the team. Call up Indy, Detroit, San Fran, or any other team that is in a win-now mentality and offer Wake up. We could probably get a 2nd and change for him. Possible a first depending on how confident/reckless that franchise is(looking at you Indy). Vernon and (god willing) Jordan are our future at that position. We need every high pick we can grab for the rest of the roster. If we can move Wake, its time to do it.
