Players That Overstayed Their Welcome W/Miami..

Players that set this team back.
First imo is Johnathan Martins Moma who purposely used her position as a attorney to wreck this team to cover up for her baby Johnathan.
Cullpepper not his fault but that choice turned the future of the team around for quite some time.
Then there was the free agent linebacker we picked up from Chicago who pretty much thew the coaching staff under the bus. Can't remember his name at the moment but all these players and their presence on the phins set this team back a few years.

Stephen Ross’s decisions on hiring of GMs, HCs, weird corporate structures, etc this team back more than anything.

He was painful. No deep ball, would look great and terrible from series to series. A complete roller coaster and my least favorite of them all to watch.
Only good thing I remember from Harrington was whipping up on Detroit on thanksgiving but then again everyone does that to Detroit on turkey day.

Jay Fiedler (QB) - A true overachiever that worked his ass off and gave everything he had to become a starting QB. Sadly, he just wasn't talented enough to become a top long-term starter.

A.J. Feeley (QB) - Aside from the MNF game against New England, he was a very underwhelming starter. A waste of a draft pick in trade.

Lamar Gordon (RB) - Another waste of a draft pick in trade.

Jonathan Martin/Richie Incognito (OT/G) - Two headcases. Was so glad to see both of them go.

Reggie Howard (CB) - Dude was absolute toast in Miami.

Jason Allen (DB) - Defensive back that had great athletic skills, but poor instincts. Failed at both corner and safety.

Travares Tillman (S) - Safety that just wasn't good in coverage.

Gibril Wilson (S) - One game wonder that was absolutely horrible in coverage while in Miami.

Stephen Braggs (CB) - Backup corner pressed into service in '93 and was consistently torched.

James Brown (RT) - Was consistent - not good at pass protection, not good at run blocking.

Corey Harris (S) - His lapses led to many big passing plays against the Dolphins.

Dolphins have made lot bad decisions last 20 plus yr..that what killing dolphins from getting back to SB...

Funny thing about Fiedler is that he seemed 'good enough' until the most important game of his career when he showed that he wasnt 'good enough' at all. (Playoff game vs Raiders).

dallas thomas, jonathan martin, billy turner, jamel douglas, all were awful. Was so happy when gase got three of them at once. We actually started winning that year.
TJ mcdonald was terrible too.
