1.) Fourth and one around the 30 yard line and we go for a field goal? We were averaging over 5 yards a carry and when was the last time our Fullback didn't make a first down when everyone knew he was getting the ball?
2.) What's with our Safety Wilson? He can't cover and can't tackle... why is he out there?
3.) Why wasn't another CB in to cover TE Clark instead of Bell or Crowder? Denver had Bailey cover Gonzalez when he was with the Chiefs.
4.) What's with not one but two running plays with little over 3 minutes left in the game....?
5.) Almost everyone is copying the Wildcat in some form so why don't we copy the Blitzing tactics of the Jet's and Ravens? (Are we that stupid)

I could go on and on but remember one thing.... President Truman use to say "The Buck Stops Here".... That means.... all the responsibility goes to Sparano and he for surely dropped the ball and looked like a deer with headlights coming at him Monday night....

Sparano, Henning & Pennington gave that game away. Whether the pass defense ability of the defense is that bad or Pasqualoni is that inept, I can't tell yet.

It was ridiculous how we couldn't disguise our blitz packages. Manning was reading everything so easily and knew exactly what we were going to do on every play. And their O-line wasn't fooled either. When they know whats coming so early in their no huddle, they will kill you every time.

Manning was picking us apart like picking cherries from a tree. We didn't do anything to throw him off. No zone blitzes, nothing.

We have better pass rushers than the Jets, and we don't even use our guys right.

You have to have a pass rush on manning, or else he will tear your team apart ( I said it before the game). Look what the Steelers did against Manning in the playoffs with all their pressure. Look what the Jets did sunday against the pats with all that pressure.

The jets did all kinds of stunts, blitzes from all angles, zone blitzes, and overloads to one side throwing Brady off his timing and rhythm. And Brady was running a no huddle too, and making a lot of audibles. So I don't want to hear the excuses that we couldn't bring more pressure with manning doing the same.

Not having Cameron Wake in the game was just stupid again. Porter and taylor did nothing, aside from Porter's gimme sack when no one blocked him. Having a guy like Wake on the field at the same time, who has the fastest and most explosive first step on our team , would have opened up taylor and porter a lot more.

Wake's lightning fast explosion makes o-tackles shift quickly to the outside, and you rush taylor or porter inside with free runs to the QB, like the Jets did. And how JT had his first sack in atlanta going with an inside move.

Silly siily silly why they didn't use him.. They should have put Wake in and just ran a 4-6 defense, or have taylor and wake on the same side, with merling and starks on the D-line instead of ferguson or soliai, with porter on the other side.. With an extra CB right on Clark. After what happened early in the game, that was the adjustment to make.

with wake , porter and taylor all on the field at the same time, it would raise the games of taylor and porter so much more.. Look how dead they looked last night, they looked as if they were half asleep. When they start to see pressure consistently with all 3, it raises their game's, and intensity level through the game for the dline and lb's. Raises their confidence levels.

One small adjustment like that can make a huge difference for the front. Look at the jets sunday without calvin pace.. Unbelievable....That's what good coaching gets you- WINS.

You must get consistent pressure on QB's like Manning and Brady or you are dead in the water.. I don't care if they have the ball for 30 minutes, or less than 15 minutes. You're dead without a good consistent pass rush.

Manning made us look silly without a pass rush. And the jets made Brady look mediocre with a pass rush.

absolutely... wake being inactive is just dumb.

sparano used wake all week to simulate dwight freeneys speed and quickness off the edge in game preparations.

that guy doesn't need to be active in a game vs a top qb where the only way to get him off the field is with pressure??? the fastest guy off the edge on the team??? really???

just dumb
