4. WR Vince Mayle
5. OG/OT Bobby Hart
5. TE Gabe Holmes
6. LB Jake Ryan
7. OLB Junior Sylvestre

I am OK with the Rowe pick in the 2nd if he is still there, but no way we take Gurley.
1. Shelton
2. Perryman

Meh. Can't really do a mock without also showing how u think the draft plays out before the pick.
I wouldn't mind the Gurley pick if he's the BPA but if we take Gurley over Parker or Sherff I'll flip a ****.

11. Minnesota Vikings -- Louisville WR DeVante Parker: Minnesota added Mike Wallaceto the wide receiver depth chart, but the Vikings are still in search of a No. 1 caliber pass catcher. Parker has the talent to fill that need.

lol of course Wallace isn't a #1. Never has, never will be.

Looking at the talent at the end of round 1 and in round two, I wouldn't mind the Fins trading down to the early 20's, and again to the late 20's to get another 2nd and get their 3rd back.
Having a pick in the late 20's, 2 in the second round, plus the full compliment in rounds 3-7 would really be the way to go.
If...we can find trade partners...

You lose me with some of the later picks, but you can do a lot worse than Gurley, Rowe, and Mayle in the 1st, 2nd, and 4th. Gurley is the ultimate high-risk/high-reward pick in the draft.

of course you can pick a rb later and get another mike gillislee but why not role the dice on a player like gurley who can be truly special? he can have a huge impact for the qb, line and defense. a talent like gurley doesnt come around often. if the knee checks out its a no brainer...or should be a no brainer. how can a guy who touches the ball 20 times a game not be a major difference maker?
