Quote: Miami Dolphins. Overall, the Dolphins have a 1.5% chance of making the playoffs. If Miami were to win all of their remaining games, against New England, Jacksonville, Tennessee, Houston and Pittsburgh, they would have a 10-6 record and a 94% chance of making the playoffs. A 9-7 record would drop their odds to around 15%. While these odds seem quite promising, according to Burke Team efficiency ratings, they will have a difficult time winning enough games to be a significant player in the wild card race.

Hey we all know it will take an epic run if we get in but anything could happen.

Meh, take it week by week. Next week those numbers will all be very different. I wouldn't put too much stock into it. The NFL is just too unpredictable, but I like our chances against the Jags.

Well it says if we win all are remaining we have a 94% chance while if we lose 1 it drops to 15% so they take different scenarios into consideration with these numbers not just where the standing currently are.

I agree though all we can really do is hope for the best from week to week.

Well, a 94% chance if we win out is comforting, I suppose.

If we can pull off wins against the Jags and Titans on the road, we'll be in excellent position. If we're 8-6 at that point, I'm almost certain the home crowd can will the Dolphins into two more wins.
