Playoffs: Let's try the 3 in, 3 out of each conference

Statistically, out of a 6 team pool for each conference, 3 teams have made the playoffs the following year and 3 have missed. Others (PFT, etc.) have tried their hand at this, so I thought us FinHeaveners could give it a shot.

i know, but if anyone put miami in the playoffs last year they would have told then to stop dropping acid. there are always surprises. yes, kc is very far-fetched, but what the hell.
