I keep hearing Dolphins need a win and some help to get in playoffs. So what is the help? I heard something about Seattle winning, but what about the rest?

Miami Dolphins: Can clinch AFC playoff berth with:

1) Win plus Seattle loss or tie plus Denver loss or tie plus Cleveland loss or tie.
2) Win plus Seattle loss or tie plus Denver loss or tie plus Pittsburgh win or tie.
