Please put Patterson on IR

He has 4 INT's in 4 games. I don't see how that's a hindrance.

Putting him on IR and giving Nolan Carroll and Jimmy Wilson more time on the field? THAT would be a major hindrance.

I don't think the question is whether or not to put him on IR, the bigger issue is having him attempt to play every week and not actually being healthy enough to play. If a guy is injured, let him heal. Don't lose 5 weeks because you are always trying to bring a guy back a week early.

Even though the season is realistically a lost cause, he is too big a potential contributor to lose over something he should be able to be back from.

This guy is very productive when healthy, but he just can't stay on the field.

that line about drafting a few db's back in april is hilarious yet very depressing. the problem with patterson is hes made of vitreous china. he is as reliable as the weather. however, after 4 years of nolan carroll there is no way he should be relied upon to EVER start or play a major role in the seconday, yet year after year he is. just pathetic and unbelievable.

We did draft a couple of DB's......but haven't seen much of them.

Patterson is a good player, but that does us no good if he isn't on the field. If he can only play a half a game....lets make it the 2nd half of the games so it will save me some gray hairs....
